Intrauterine insemination (IUI)

It is the simplest method of assisted reproduction. By means of the SWIM UP method the sperm cells are gathered and purified. During ovulation they are inserted in the catheter into the uterus. It is a relatively simple and painless procedure, performed without hospitalization and without anesthesia. This type of therapy is suitable for cases with limit values of sperm parameters.

The success rate of IUI after ovarian stimulation is 10-15% for a cycle.

Further possibility is the insemination of donor spermatozoa. This method is used in cases of partner´s ejaculation failure, poor sperm motility or very low sperm number. All sperm is quality controlled prior to being used.
